Great pools and entertainment. room cleanliness was lacking.

The family room was spacious, but the pool water was ice cold.

During our family trip, we loved the variety of food available, ensuring that there was always something new to try every night. The water park was a highlight for the kids, packed with fun attractions that kept them entertained for hours. Although there were some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, the three different pools offered a great way to relax after a hot day of sightseeing. The location was convenient for some local attractions, making it easier to explore the area.

Spacious room, great location, and efficient amenities made our stay enjoyable, particularly appreciating the delightful breakfast options and the helpful guest relations staff who went out of their way to assist us.

the 'Deluxe Double Room' is anything but deluxe, especially when the pool water is ice cold, and I had to complain four times just to get basic towel changes! I almost wrote a positive review but couldn't after waiting forever for a room upgrade, which I felt I absolutely deserved. Woudl ve been a great stay otherwise!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The food was absolutely delicious with diverse options every night, especially the themed dining that kept things exciting. The kids loved the pools, and the entertainment was top-notch, especially the shows that really brought everyone together. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better, but overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!

Check-in was a mess. the reception area was chaotic, taking over an hour to sort out room assignments. Being placed in the annex was a hassle, as it’s about a 15-minute walk back to the main complex in sweltering heat, and there’s no buggy service. The Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent in some parts of the hotel, making it hard to stay connected. The food selection was limited. many dishes felt repetitive and lacked freshness, so dining options were not particularly exciting. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. during one stay, my room hadn’t been cleaned properly for days, and I had to request basic amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in the Family Room with Terrace, which was spacious and had a lovely outdoor area. The three different pools accommodated everyone's needs perfectly, especially with the kids. Each night brought a delightful variation of food options that kept our meals exciting.

I had the most fantastic time enjoying the three incredible pools, each designed to suit different moods. The themed dining nights were a culinary journey, with flavors changing nightly, keeping our taste buds excited! Plus, indulging in the spa was a blissful highlight, a perfect way to unwind after days filled with fun!

the private pool rooms are stunning with a massive walk-in shower. it is a challenge walking uphill back to the main building.

The family room was a bit cramped for four people. It had a balcony, but it was really small, and we had a not-so-great view of a hedge. The furniture felt old and there were some maintenance issues. It could definitely use some updates. But, it was clean and the beds were decent enough to sleep on, just not the best for a good night’s rest.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The pools were fantastic, and we loved the water park just a short walk away. We enjoyed a day at the beach, soaking up the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear sea. The food options were great, catering to everyone in our group. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better.

The view from our room wasn't great, just a road and some trees, but it didn't ruin our trip.

Amazing family getaway!

The staff here are just awesome! Super friendly and always ready to help. We had a fab time enjoying the different shows every night. Got to say, the poolside snack bar was such a hit with the kids! Only bummer was the WiFi only being at reception—it was a bit of a pain. Still, we had the best family vacay!
